TC Transcontinental Acquires PDI Group to Expand In-Store

TC Transcontinental has announced the acquisition of Phipps Dickson Integria Group (PDI Group), a Kirkland and Laval, Quebec-based provider of production services for large-format signage and displays, commercial printing, and specialized distribution through Harling Marketing. PDI employs 180 people and will extend TC Transcontinental’s production capabilities in Quebec.

The deal follows TC Transcontinental’s prior acquisitions of Middleton Group in June 2025, and Intergraphics and Mirazed in August 2025. TC Transcontinental said the PDI acquisition is aimed at accelerating growth of its In-Store Marketing activities in Canada, with integrated design-to-production-to-distribution solutions.
