Picogrid Acquired by Bessemer Venture Partners | Technology M&A Deal

Bessemer Venture Partners has completed the acquisition of Picogrid, an enterprise software business in California, for $45M. Picogrid builds an open integration layer for modern defense systems, connecting military networks and command-and-control environments across operational domains. Deployed globally in support of US and allied forces, its platform integrates more than 100 defense systems from vendors including Skydio, Northrop Grumman, and Echodyne to reduce integration bottlenecks. The $45M Series A is a platform acquisition backed by private equity investors, with Bessemer Venture Partners leading and GSBackers and Washington Harbour joining alongside existing investors.
