CITCO Water Acquires Pump & Process Equipment and Legacy

CITCO Water announced it has added Pump & Process Equipment, Inc. and Legacy Environmental to its platform. The combination expands CITCO Water’s presence in the Southeastern United States and strengthens its ability to deliver equipment, treatment, and process solutions across the region.

Pump & Process Equipment is headquartered in Birmingham, Alabama and operates as a manufacturer’s representative for municipal and industrial water and wastewater markets, providing pumping systems, treatment equipment, and process solutions. Legacy Environmental, based in Leeds, Alabama, designs and supplies packaged wastewater treatment systems and advanced process solutions using technologies including filtration systems, clarifiers, and lift stations.

CITCO Water, founded in 1931 in Huntington, West Virginia, employs more than 190 people across West Virginia, Kentucky, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, and Virginia, and offers six sub-brands covering chemical, smart meter, integrated technology, hardware, inventory, and repair services.
