Qorvo Acquired by Skyworks Solutions | Technology M&A Deal

Skyworks Solutions has commenced exchange offers and consent solicitations for Qorvo, a semiconductors business in California, for up to $1.55 billion. Qorvo develops and supplies analog and mixed-signal semiconductor technologies used across wireless and communications markets, aligning with Skyworks Solutions acquisitions in the analog and mixed-signal segment. Skyworks Solutions acquires Qorvo to expand semiconductor product portfolios and strengthen technology M&A capabilities in CA acquisitions. The strategic acquisition is structured as a merger acquisition conditioned on Qorvo merging into a Skyworks subsidiary, with exchange caps of $850 million for 2029 notes and $700 million for 2031 notes.
