FG Communities Completes Durham, NC Acquisition

FG Communities has completed an acquisition in Durham, North Carolina, adding another manufactured housing community to its portfolio. The property is located about 10 minutes from downtown Durham.

FG Communities describes Durham as a strong Southeast market with demand supported by institutional investment, corporate relocations, and population inflows tied to the Research Triangle ecosystem. The company’s CEO Michael Anise said the acquisition is a fit for FG Communities’ affordable housing mission. FG Communities also reported a growing portfolio of 83 properties with over 3,500 homesites owned or pending acquisition.
