Century 21 Integra Acquires Realty Executives Advance

Century 21 Integra has acquired Realty Executives Advance, a Schaumburg, Illinois-based real estate brokerage team, to expand its presence in Chicago’s northwest suburbs. The acquisition adds the local team to Integra’s network, which now includes Illinois offices in Schaumburg, Naperville, and McHenry.

The firm positions its operating model around autonomous operations, aggressive agent splits, and no traditional franchise fees. It says the Illinois expansion has grown to roughly 100 affiliated agents since launching in Illinois about two and a half years ago, and that the broader platform now includes more than 70 locations across 17 states.

Agents from Realty Executives Advance are expected to gain access to Integra’s marketing tools, training programs, and centralized customer service infrastructure.
