Nexans acquisitions expand its industrial distribution acquisition footprint in the low-voltage electrification market, supporting demand from infrastructure modernization and data center growth. The Republic Wire acquisition is a strategic acquisition and platform acquisition by a strategic buyer, strengthening Nexans acquisitions in North America alongside existing operations and prior Canada expansion.
