Autodesk has finalized its acquisition of Rhumbix, a construction-focused startup that collects jobsite data across timekeeping, labor, and payroll. Rhumbix’s platform lets contractors enter information through a mobile app and field forms, with data available in real time.
Autodesk said the deal supports connecting processes across the construction project lifecycle, from planning and design through execution. Rhumbix does not anticipate changes to its products, service offerings, or customer support. The company counts Turner Construction, Suffolk Construction, and DPR Construction among its customers, and Autodesk previously led an $8 million funding round for Rhumbix in 2024.
