The Rig-A-Lite acquisition is an add on acquisition within industrials M&A, with Phoenix Lighting operating as a private equity acquisition platform backed by JMC Capital Partners. The deal closed effective May 14, 2026, and Rig-A-Lite continues under its existing brand and leadership team at its Houston facilities.
