Fairmint, an onchain equity infrastructure provider and SEC-registered transfer agent, announced it has acquired The RWA Desk, a New York City private events and media platform focused on finance and blockchain. The deal is positioned as accelerating onchain equity adoption by connecting Fairmint’s infrastructure with the people allocating capital.
The RWA Desk, founded in January 2025, hosts monthly events, closed-door executive dinners, and members-only briefings, plus a media platform anchored by a newsletter and executive stakeholder interviews. As part of the acquisition, Chad Oda, founder of The RWA Desk, joins Fairmint as Head of Institutional Growth.
