Saltworks Creek watershed parcels Acquired by Anne Arundel County | Industrials M&A Deal

Anne Arundel County has acquired Saltworks Creek watershed parcels, a waste environmental business in Maryland, for an undisclosed amount. The Saltworks Creek watershed parcels acquisition supports conservation of forested land and waterway buffers north of Bestgate Road and east of Moran Drive, strengthening local ecosystem protection. Anne Arundel County acquisitions will be managed by the Department of Recreation and Parks for passive outdoor recreation, wildlife observation, and shared use paths within the Severn River tributary area. The industrials M&A divestiture acquisition is an MD acquisitions effort by a strategic public buyer to expand a 277-acre protected forest block, with the two parcels totaling 47 acres.
