NFP Acquires Sherman Insurance Agency in Minnesota

NFP, an Aon company, announced the acquisition of Sherman Insurance Agency, Inc., a full-service insurance broker based in South St. Paul, Minnesota. Sherman serves small and mid-market businesses with trucking and transportation-focused insurance solutions, along with commercial, personal, and benefits coverage.

As part of the transaction, Sherman leaders John Glieden, Kyle King, and Peter Lobe will join NFP as senior vice presidents, and Jennifer Carter will join as vice president. All will report to Amanda Ruback, managing director, P&C, Central region. Sherman was founded in 1931 and serves clients across the Twin Cities and Upper Midwest.
