Quantum eMotion Acquires SKV Technology for SecureKey

Quantum eMotion Corp. has finalized the acquisition of SKV Technology Inc., a California-based cybersecurity company, through the purchase of 100% of SKV’s issued and outstanding shares. The acquired assets include the SecureKey platform, developed and commercialized by Jet Lab Technologies and held by SKV.

Quantum eMotion will combine SecureKey with its QRNG-powered Sentry-Q orchestration layer to create a full-stack quantum-resilient cybersecurity architecture spanning cloud, network, endpoint, and chip. The integrated approach is described as covering secure point-to-point encrypted communication, authentication and key rotation, PQC and hybrid cipher suites, and revocation policies, with enforcement anchored at the device boundary.
