Optimove to Acquire Smartico in iGaming CRM Add-on

Optimove has signed an agreement to acquire Smartico, the gamification-led CRM marketing platform for iGaming. The transaction is expected to close in the coming weeks, and the deal terms were undisclosed.

Optimove and Smartico will remain fully independent businesses after the acquisition, each keeping its own brand, team, product strategy, roadmap, and go-to-market approach. Smartico founders will continue leading the company with decision-making authority over strategy, product roadmap, and day-to-day operations.
