Waterstone Human Capital has acquired Spectrum Recruiting Solutions, a U.S.-based professional recruitment firm specializing in manufacturing and engineering industries. The acquisition is an add-on that continues Waterstone’s expansion of culture-focused talent solutions across North America.

Spectrum Recruiting Solutions is led by founder and CEO Tina Hazlett, who brings a talent acquisition background and a people-first approach. Waterstone said Hazlett’s vision and industry expertise expand the platform’s ability to connect professionals with high-growth engineering and manufacturing organizations.
