Stratus Kingwood Place Sold for $60.8M

Stratus Kingwood Place, L.P. (Seller) has entered into an agreement of sale and purchase with CH Realty X R Houston Kingwood Place, L.P. (Purchaser) for the sale of the Kingwood Place shopping center in Montgomery County, Texas.

The purchase price is $60,800,000.00, payable in full in immediately available funds at closing. The agreement includes a right of first refusal for H-E-B, L.P. (HEB) under HEB’s grocery store lease, with the agreement automatically terminating and earnest money returned if HEB properly exercises the ROFR.
