Deal Overview

Damac Properties has acquired the Surfside condo redevelopment site (The Delmore), a real estate development business in Florida, for $120 million. Damac Properties plans a 12-story, 37-unit oceanfront luxury condo at 8777 Collins Avenue on the former Champlain Towers South footprint, using Zaha Hadid Architects for design and Douglas Elliman for sales and marketing. The acquisition supports Damac’s real estate services M&A strategy and its broader FL acquisitions and strategic acquisition approach in Surfside. Announced as an other acquisition with a $15 million to $25 million project size range, Damac launched sales in early 2025 with prices starting at $15 million, but reported no condo contracts signed as of the latest update.
