Traza Raises $2.1M Pre-Seed Led by Base10

Traza, a newly launched New York-based startup, raised $2.1 million in a pre-seed round led by Base10 Partners. The round included participation from Kfund, a16z scouts, Clara Ventures, Masia Ventures, and angel investors.

Traza is building AI agents to automate procurement workflows end-to-end, including vendor outreach, request-for-quote generation, order tracking, supplier communications, and invoice processing without continuous human supervision. The company frames procurement as a largely email- and spreadsheet-driven back-office process and positions its agents as autonomous operators rather than a traditional procurement copilot.
