True Footage Raises $40M Series C for Valuation Platform

True Footage, a residential appraisal services and appraiser technology company headquartered in Austin, Texas, has closed a $40 million Series C funding round. The company will use the investment to accelerate expansion of its proprietary software platform for faster, more accurate, and cost-efficient residential valuations.

True Footage’s flagship software, TrueTracts, was built through proprietary R&D and refined with appraisers. The company says it processes millions of appraisals and uses proprietary AI and analytics tools. It launched in 2021, employs hundreds of appraisers across 33 states, and partners with 300 mortgage lenders, including 7 of the top 10. The round was led by returning investors, including Cox Enterprises.
