Pure Data Centres Acquired | Technology M&A Deal

Pure Data Centres has completed the acquisition of Pure Data Centres acquisition, a technology other business in Europe and the Middle East, for $2.7 billion. Pure Data Centres operates hyperscale cloud and AI infrastructure data centres, with major campuses in Dublin and Amsterdam supporting high-capacity IT deployments. The company is expanding fibre-rich Ballycoolin in Dublin toward up to 150MW of IT capacity, while Amsterdam facilities are fully leased with construction underway. The announced technology M&A financing includes a $2.15 billion facility secured against Dublin and Amsterdam assets and an increased corporate-level financing to $550 million, with lenders including SMBC, ABN AMRO, and Allianz Global Investors.
