Global Mofy AI is a generative AI-driven technology solutions provider focused on virtual content production and the development of 3D digital assets. The company’s AI-powered platform and related infrastructure expansion supports enterprise software use cases tied to digital asset creation. The $8 million registered direct offering includes Class A ordinary shares and Series A and Series B warrants priced at $0.97 per share, with expected closing around May 26, 2026. This technology M&A financing is intended to fund working capital, product development, and continued build-out of its AI technology platforms, with D. Boral Capital acting as exclusive placement agent.
