Andorix Acquired | Technology M&A Deal

Private equity has completed the acquisition of Andorix, a enterprise software business in smart building technology and neutral host networks in Toronto, for $10 million. Andorix provides converged network infrastructure and in-building connectivity for commercial, residential, and retail properties across North America. The platform supports property modernization with little to no upfront capital by combining network deployment with project-level financing relationships tied to major wireless infrastructure REITs. The technology M&A platform acquisition is announced as a $10M–$25M financing round, expanding deployment capacity and enabling turnkey smart building network solutions.
