Intersurgical to Acquire Teleflex Urology Businesses

Intersurgical, a global medical device company focused on anaesthesia and respiratory care, has announced an agreement to acquire Teleflex’s Acute Care and Interventional Urology businesses. The transaction is positioned as a strategic step to expand Intersurgical’s product range.
