Deal Overview
Mark Anthony Group has reached a deal to acquire ready-to-drink brand The Finnish Long Drink for an undisclosed amount. The acquisition is Mark Anthony Group’s first for new CEO Phil Rosse, who took over in January.
Long Drink launched in 2018 to bring Finland’s national drink concept to the U.S., and the brand lists actor Miles Teller, golf pro Rickie Fowler, and DJ Kygo as co-founders. Mark Anthony Group, which distributes Long Drink in Canada, plans to scale the brand’s reach across North America.
The Finnish Long Drink CEO Evan Burns said joining Mark Anthony Group will help expand distribution to more consumers.
