Topstep Acquires The Futures Desk in Trading Tech Add-On

Topstep has officially acquired The Futures Desk (TFD), combining two trader-focused teams to build what it calls the “Ultimate Trading Experience.” The deal is positioned as an add-on to Topstep’s futures trading platform.

Topstep plans to integrate TFD’s advanced technology into TopstepX to provide additional developmental tools for traders. TFD co-founders Josh Schwartzberg and Brian Ford are joining Topstep, bringing experience in moving traders from simulator accounts to live accounts.

The announcement frames the acquisition as accelerating Topstep’s roadmap for support, coaching, and technology to help traders develop better habits and pursue funded outcomes.
