Torreon Group has acquired Tombstone Distillery, a consumer other business in Arizona, for $7.6 million. Torreon Group acquisitions bring a 35-year craft spirits operation producing award-winning bourbon from a tourist-destination facility near the Gunfight at the O.K. Corral in Tombstone, Arizona. The platform acquisition also transfers ownership of two of three well shares tied to mineral-rich Cienega Creek Basin water rights that support consistent whiskey production. As a search fund acquisition and platform acquisition, the Torreon Group deal is structured around a 99-year licensing agreement for Tombstone Distillery and positions Next10, Inc. (OTC: NXTN) in the $127 billion U.S. spirits market.
