Mission Critical Group Acquires TxLa Systems

Mission Critical Group (MCG) has announced the acquisition of TxLa Systems, a Texas-based manufacturer of electrical switchgear and modular systems. The deal builds on an MCG-TxLa partnership established in 2023 and is intended to expand manufacturing capacity across MCG’s core product lines.

TxLa strengthens switchgear and modular capabilities, including e-house manufacturing, and adds technical expertise to increase production capacity. The acquisition also brings a key portion of MCG’s supply chain in-house to improve coordination, efficiency, and delivery timelines. TxLa has 400 employees and multiple facilities across Texas, supporting large-scale data center programs and other mission critical applications.
