Coursera has filed a DEFM14A proxy statement in connection with its proposed all-stock merger with Udemy. Under the merger agreement, Chess Merger Sub will merge with and into Udemy, with Udemy continuing as the surviving corporation and becoming a wholly owned subsidiary of Coursera.
