Sentiv Acquires Majority Stake in Visiosoft

Sentiv (Pty) Ltd has announced it will acquire a majority equity stake in Visiosoft, a South African technology company focused on advanced IoT hardware and data-driven solutions. The companies said the transaction is intended to accelerate Sentiv’s intelligent communications and IoT ecosystem.

As part of the deal, Sentiv will work with Visiosoft through a strategic collaboration framework to provide operational, technical, and strategic support. Sentiv’s stated goal is to scale product innovation and deployment capabilities and expand market reach by combining Visiosoft’s IoT hardware and firmware with Sentiv’s mission critical communications and intelligent software platforms.
