Zen Software Acquired by Elovade for UK Expansion

Elovade Group has acquired Zen Software, a Rochdale-based technology firm founded more than 25 years ago. Zen Software supports more than 2,000 UK resellers and managed service providers (MSPs).

The acquisition is Elovade’s ninth in Europe and the first add-on for its UK operating entity, Brigantia by Elovade, which joined the group in 2025. After closing, Zen Software’s operational infrastructure, partner network, vendor relationships, and team will be integrated into Brigantia by Elovade, with the business operating as Zen Software by Elovade.

Elovade’s UK offering is expected to expand in areas including email archiving and backup, leveraging Zen Software products such as MailStore and MDaemon already used across the Elovade Group.
