Publicis Groupe has agreed to acquire sports marketing agency 160over90 from WME Group for over $500 million. Publicis will integrate 160over90 into Publicis Sports and combine data-driven solutions from Epsilon with creator capabilities from Influential to build an end-to-end sports marketing offering.

160over90 has more than 670 employees across the U.S., U.K., Europe, Middle East and Africa, and Asia-Pacific regions. The team will report to Publicis Sports CEO Suzy Deering after closing, subject to customary regulatory approvals.
