A&B Aerospace Acquired by PMGC Holdings | Manufacturing M&A Deal

PMGC Holdings has completed the acquisition of A&B Aerospace, a precision machining and aerospace industrial equipment business in California, for an undisclosed amount. A&B Aerospace, headquartered in Azusa, provides high-tolerance machining, complex assemblies, and engineered components for mission-critical aerospace and defense programs. The company is AS9100D and ISO 9001:2015 certified, operates more than 20 modern CNC machines with full 5-axis capability, and supports tight tolerances as fine as ±0.0001. PMGC Holdings acquisitions include this platform acquisition as its fifth deal in the past 12 months, advancing a U.S. precision manufacturing roll-up strategy with qualified Tier 1 customer relationships. The A&B Aerospace acquisition closed May 12, 2026, and GB Capital served as co-advisor to the public company acquisition.
