ACR Heat Products Acquired by Decisive Dividend | Manufacturing M&A Deal

Decisive Dividend has completed the acquisition of ACR Heat Products, a manufacturing other business in Birmingham, United Kingdom, for $8.3 million. Decisive Dividend acquires ACR Heat Products Limited, which manufactures EcoDesign Ready woodburning, multifuel, and gas stoves plus electric stoves, electric fireplaces, and outdoor pizza ovens for the UK market. The ACR Heat Products acquisition expands Decisive Dividend acquisitions in hearth manufacturing M&A by adding a UK-focused stove brand and distribution platform to its buy, build and hold strategy. This add on acquisition is announced as a public company acquisition under $10M, expected to be immediately accretive, and is structured as a standalone operation led by ACR’s managing director while reporting into Decisive’s Hearth Division.
