Sleever International Acquired by CCL Industries | Manufacturing M&A Deal

CCL Industries has completed the acquisition of Sleever International, a plastics packaging business in Toronto, for an undisclosed amount. CCL Industries acquires Sleever International to expand specialty shrink sleeve labels, extruded films, and application equipment for consumer packaged goods and healthcare customers. Sleever International manufactures shrink sleeve labeling materials and film solutions with global supply capabilities, supporting CCL Industries acquisitions in food and beverage packaging. The strategic acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition within manufacturing M&A, with Sleever’s application equipment business retaining the Sleever name while label and film operations are rebranded under CCL Industries.
