Wipro has signed a definitive agreement to acquire select customer contracts of Alpha Net Consulting LLC and its subsidiaries, collectively the Alpha Net Group. The purchase consideration is up to USD 70.8 million, including a deferred earnout tied to performance metrics.

Wipro will pay cash for the transaction, and expects completion by June 30, 2026, subject to regulatory approvals. The acquired contracts are intended to strengthen Wipro’s AI-powered and consulting-led application services capabilities.

The Alpha Net Group provides enterprise software development, data engineering, and managed services, serving clients across the US, Singapore, India, the UK, and the Netherlands. Revenue generated by the acquired customer contracts grew from USD 27.9 million in CY2023 to USD 37.3 million in CY2025.
