Wipro has agreed to acquire Mindsprint, the IT and digital services arm of Olam Group, for $375 million in an all-cash transaction. The deal is expected to close by June 30, 2026, subject to customary closing adjustments and regulatory approvals, including antitrust clearances in Saudi Arabia and Australia.

Mindsprint is headquartered in Singapore and was founded in 2007. It employs over 3,200 professionals across India, Singapore, the US, the UK, and the Middle East, and reported consolidated revenues of $135.6 million for calendar year 2025.

As part of a broader eight-year transformation engagement, Wipro also secured an Olam contract expected to exceed $1 billion in contract value, with committed spend of $800 million.
