Deal Overview

Lua, an operating system for human and agent collaboration in the workspace, announced a $5.8M seed round led by Norrsken22. The round includes participation from Flourish Ventures, 20VC, P1 Ventures, Phosphor Capital and Y Combinator, plus angel investors including Kaz Nejatian and Henri Stern.

Lua says it will use the funding to expand its developer community and the Lua Implementation Network, a partner group deploying Lua agent workforces in their own markets. The company launched an agent developer platform in October 2025 and reports revenue growth close to 30% week-on-week, with February 2026 building more agents than the cumulative period since launch.
