Glimpact Raises €2.6M with Sparkalis for Impact Tech

Sparkalis has completed the acquisition of Glimpact, a enterprise software business in New York, for under $10M. Glimpact develops environmental impact measurement technology that implements the EU Ecodesign for Sustainable Products Regulation (ESPR) methodological framework for product assessment and decision-making. The platform supports agri-food and bakery supply chains by translating science-based footprint data into impact reduction actions across Europe and the United States. Sparkalis acquisitions are structured as a platform acquisition and private equity acquisition, with Puratos Group’s investment arm already integrating Glimpact’s technology into its sustainability strategy. The announced technology M&A round totals about €2.6 million and is positioned to accelerate Glimpact’s deployment as ESPR enters into force.
