HostPapa Completes Tailor Made Servers Acquisition

HostPapa has completed the acquisition of Tailor Made Servers, a technology other business in Texas. HostPapa acquires Tailor Made Servers to expand dedicated server hosting capabilities under its ColoCrossing brand, adding customizable unmanaged servers and built-in DDoS protection. Tailor Made Servers, based in Dallas and serving businesses and resellers since 2003, provides long-standing customer support and a dedicated server footprint that strengthens HostPapa acquisitions in the US. The technology M&A is structured as an add on acquisition and a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with deal size undisclosed and continuity for existing TMS customers supported through expanded resources and infrastructure.
