Colliers has completed the acquisition of Ayesa Engineering, a management consulting business in Seville, Spain, for $5.7 billion. Colliers acquires Ayesa Engineering to expand global engineering and project management capabilities across Property & Buildings, Infrastructure & Transportation, Water, and Environmental technical consulting. Ayesa Engineering provides multidiscipline engineering and design services with more than 3,300 professionals across four continents, strengthening Colliers acquisitions in professional services M&A. The platform acquisition is a strategic acquisition by Colliers, a strategic buyer, and expands Colliers Engineering operations to 23 countries with over 11,000 professionals, with Ayesa leadership retaining significant equity under Colliers’ partnership model.
