ZRG Acquires Howard Fischer Associates

ZRG has announced the acquisition of Howard Fischer Associates (HFA), an executive and board search firm advising organizations on critical leadership decisions. HFA is described as a long-standing provider of leadership appointments guidance to boards, CEOs, C-suite leaders, and investors.

Howard Fischer will join ZRG as Managing Director, alongside Jeff DiSandro, Eric Ferst, Kris Limaye, and the broader HFA team. HFA is headquartered in Philadelphia and also maintains presence in Boston and Silicon Valley. The combined offering is positioned to pair HFA’s generalist approach and candidate performance emphasis with ZRG’s data-driven platform and global reach.
