Derbysoft Acquired by Constellation Software | Technology M&A Deal

Constellation Software has completed the acquisition of Derbysoft, a enterprise software business in Canada, through Juniper Group, for an undisclosed amount. Constellation Software acquires Derbysoft Holdings Limited, the ultimate parent of DerbySoft Inc., to expand its vertical market software portfolio in enterprise software. DerbySoft is expected to continue operating independently under existing leadership led by CEO Ted Zhang, supporting continuity for customers and product delivery. The Derbysoft acquisition is an add on acquisition within Constellation Software acquisitions, reflecting strategic acquisition activity and technology M&A by a strategic buyer.
