Announced
EnergyMerger

Deal Overview

Hall Chadwick Acquisition Corp has completed the acquisition of REEcycle, a rare earth element recycling business in renewable energy, for $400 million. REEcycle Holdings, based in the U.S., recycles mixed rare earth oxides to support domestic rare earth supply for electric vehicles, defense systems, and clean energy infrastructure. The REEcycle acquisition supports renewable energy acquisition and energy M&A by reducing China dependence and enabling onshoring of critical mineral supply chains. The merger acquisition is a public company acquisition via a Nasdaq-listed SPAC, with REEcycle acquisition valued at $400 million plus $50 million contingent on reaching a 50 metric tonnes per annum run rate, and at least $40 million in unrestricted cash at closing.
