Hims & Hers has completed the acquisition of Eucalyptus, a pharmacy business in Japan, for an undisclosed amount. Eucalyptus, parent company of Juniper, operates in the digital pharmacy and telehealth space, supporting prescription fulfillment and patient care. Hims & Hers acquisitions in healthcare M&A aim to expand consumer health offerings and strengthen its presence in the Japanese market. This add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, expanding capabilities through a pharmacy acquisition and add on acquisition approach.
