ProMach Acquires Evolution BPS in UK Food Packaging

ProMach, a processing and packaging machinery company, has acquired Evolution BPS, a provider of packaging equipment and engineering services to the UK food and beverage sector. Evolution is based in Scotland and was founded in 2005.

Evolution serves end markets including distilled spirits, beer, food, and non-alcoholic beverages. Its employees will join ProMach’s Primary Packaging business unit, led by Group President Doug Stambaugh, and Evolution will report to Laurent Fournier within ProMach’s Capping business line. ProMach said the acquisition expands its localized technical services and parts inventory for customers across the United Kingdom and Ireland.
