Aveanna Healthcare Holdings has completed the acquisition of Family First Homecare, a home health business in Georgia, for $175.5 million. Aveanna Healthcare Holdings acquires Family First Homecare to expand pediatric private duty nursing and skilled home care services across multiple states, adding 27 locations in seven states. Family First Homecare provides medically complex, high-cost patient care through a scaled home health platform, supporting Aveanna’s strategic acquisition and geographic density goals in GA and beyond. The add on acquisition is a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with updated full-year 2026 revenue guidance of $2.63 to $2.65 billion and Adjusted EBITDA guidance of $338 to $342 million, funded with cash on hand.
