JumpstartRx and NueVistraMed Acquired by NexTel Medical | Healthcare M&A Deal

NexTel Medical has completed the acquisition of JumpstartRx and NueVistraMed, a healthcare services other business in Florida, for $8 million. NexTel Medical acquisitions add telehealth and clinical solutions capabilities through JumpstartRx and NueVistraMed, supporting remote patient care and commercialization of its Maxasome™ platform. The healthcare M&A expands NexTel’s telehealth footprint in FL acquisitions, strengthening high-margin clinical initiatives expected to ramp later in 2026. The add on acquisition is structured as an add on acquisition with a strategic buyer profile, totaling $2 million in cash and $6 million in preferred stock plus a $1 million performance-based bonus and claw-back provisions. Closing is anticipated within 60 to 75 days as the deal is funded without dilution to existing shareholders.
