Palo Alto Networks has completed its acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity startup Koi for $400 million. The deal was previously estimated at around $400 million and finalizes Palo Alto Networks’ earlier announced purchase.
Koi was founded in 2024 and raised $48 million, including a $38 million Series A in September. The acquisition is described as strengthening Palo Alto Networks’ push into AI and endpoint security, with Koi’s technology intended to be integrated into the Prisma AIRS platform and to enhance Cortex XDR visibility for AI-driven software at the endpoint.
