project44 has announced the acquisition of LunaPath.ai in an all-cash transaction. LunaPath.ai is an AI-native logistics automation company focused on orchestration and execution-focused agents.
The acquisition is intended to accelerate project44’s AI Agent Orchestration strategy by embedding LunaPath’s automation capabilities into its supply chain decision intelligence platform. project44 says the combined approach will reduce repetitive freight work and enable coordinated, real-time execution grounded in live operational context.
project44 previously completed a strategic AI acquisition of ClearMetal in 2021, and this is described as its second strategic AI acquisition.
