Nedinsco Acquired by Hensoldt | Industrials M&A Deal

Hensoldt has completed the acquisition of Nedinsco, a industrial services other business in the Netherlands, for $X. Hensoldt acquires Nedinsco to expand its Optronics division with opto-mechatronic subsystems for armoured vehicles, including periscopes, driver-vision systems, and sensor units. Nedinsco, headquartered in Venlo, designs and manufactures vehicle optronics that support situational awareness and rapid prototyping for European land platforms. The Hensoldt acquisitions are structured as an add on acquisition and a strategic acquisition by a strategic buyer, with Nedinsco continuing to operate from its Venlo site and integrating into Hensoldt’s Optronics division. The industrials M&A deal closed after regulatory approvals, adding about 140 employees to the Hensoldt Group.
